Personality

8

These are the things that make Scooby...Scooby. His little quirks, his intelligence, his likes and dislikes. He has such an enormous personality. ... here is what we love about our little boy.

8 He went through a phase where he would chew on our blankets. Only certain kinds. He liked big comforters and all of a sudden you would hear this crunching noise....we had to throw away a couple comforters because they had chew marks and I didnt want him to get hairballs! One time he crawled into a tiny hole in our comforter and made his way into the quilting. He was stuck!!! We had to cut him out with scissors!!
He liked to go into books and "read"

He loved it when his Daddy told him STORIES!!! and when he made up songs for him too!

He liked the way the world looked UpSidE-DoWn

He would lay down a scratch until he was worn out at any door that was preventing him from entering a room he was not allowed in

He loved to help with things. If I was on the computer, he would stand on the keys, if I was drawing, he would stand on the paper. He was the best at helping.

He liked to try new foods and if he didnt like what it was he would shake his head and make silly faces. He wanted to try yogurt because he saw Pixie eating it and he really didnt like it but he would look at Pixie eating it and I guess he wanted to be like her or thought it had to be good bc she liked it, so he would keep eating it and he OBVIOUSLY didnt like it.
He dove into my bowl of chili and cheese when he was a baby.
Blankets around the house was his favorite game
He put his whole head into a glass full of water and opened his eyes when he was pretty young
HE HAS THE BIGGEST PRETTIEST EYES IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!! Like precious moments eyes!!!
He loved any music by Bob Marley, The song Lets Go, by the Ramones and not much else. (A lot of music scared him, he didnt like anything loud or heavy)
He loved to tip water glasses, or glasses of anything else for that matter, so on his birthday on year, we filled the shower with glasses of water and let him tip them all over. He had so much fun!
Scoobys full name was Spaz the Spaceman Bunkenstein. When we were thinking of names for him, his daddy wanted to name him Frankenstein and I said no so he said what about Bankenstein. It was kind of funny and it just kind of stuck as a nickname even though it wasnt really his real name. Bankenstein changed to Bunkenstein and the Bunken and then Bunk and then I realized it was kind of messed up to refer to my little baby as "bunk" lol. We called him Spaceman because he loved his tents and we would pick him up in his tent and fly around the apartment like he was in a spaceship and we would stop by all the things that were too high up for him to investigate when he was on the floor. (The song Spaceboy by Smashing Pumpkins makes me think so much of him) We called him Spaz because, well, he was a spaz and he would freak out when he played. He would grunt and jump SO high in the air. He would also get up on top of the couch and FREAK out for no apparent reason and when I saw this I would fly over to the couch to try and catch him bc odds are he was going to fall. Silly little guy. We really named him Scooby bc it just seemed to fit him. Not like Scooby Doo scooby but as if we had never hear of Scooby Doo, the name just seemed right. Some of his other nicknames were Fluffernutter, Punkin, Boy One, Handsome, Hamsome, LilMan, Baby, Spaz, Cutie
We would "pop" when he was little when he was chewing or holding on to his chew wheel and we would surprise him or touch him. He would make a little squeak noise and jump so high it was hilarious.
He always pooped in the towels RIGHT AFTER we gave him a bath and laid down clean towels in the shower for him and Pixie to dry of in.
He peed and pooped in mid-air when his Daddy was holding him the first day we brought him home.
He always pooped really high on the walls. Ok enough about poop. lol
He loved to CRUISE in things! He has a little plastic igloo that he would go into backwards and cruise around the house like it was a flinstones car ;) He also would get into a tent and push it over in all directions throughout the apartment. He tried to cruise in a tent attached to a velcro playmat a few times too.
He was so smart that he cruised the cruiser over to the gate at the kitchen, climbed up onto it got up on his hind legs to look at me in the kitchen. He also cruised over to the office chair, go up onto the cruiser so he could get up on the office chair so he could get up on the office desk so he could tip over the glass of water ON the office desk.
He had big hands and big feet
He always curled his toes when he was laying down or if you touched the bottom of his feet!
He stood a little pigeon-toed
He has a cute little brown spot on his nose. It was there when he was a baby for about 6 months to a year. Then it went away for about 6 months to a year. Then it came back for good! I dont know why that happens but it sure is cute.
He is the best Daddy in the world to his ballie. He always took and and hid it somewhere. It is the only thing he ever hid. He would stand in front of it "protecting" it. If someone saw him move it, he would wait until we looked away and hide it somewhere else. I hide it for him now but I always tell him its ok bc I will "forget" where I put it so no one knows where it is but him.
